Being an equestrian myself, I completely understand how important it is to have that special bond, trust and connection with our horses. Since I was 17 years old, i’ve been using pilates and yoga to augment my riding. Change starts with US and often times, we are the ones holding ourselves back.

As equestrians, we are meticulous about our horses care, feeding schedule, grooming and exercise program but seem to fall short on our own nourishment, movement and self care. Here at OM & The Equestrian, we strive to find balance between putting the horse first and ourselves a close second. When we are well cared for in mind and body, we ultimately make better choices for our horses.

I am committed to being a lifelong learner with both horsemanship and yoga. I have gone through certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Classical Pilates, Vinyasa, Yin and heavily inspired by Katonah yoga. At OM & The Equestrian, we provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.

Breath work

I believe that breath work is key; to better health, to better performance and a way to handle the unavoidable visitors (stress & anxiety) of our sport and simply loving these animals, to focus and get grounded.

Unlimited Yoga

Keep your options open with a full virtual library of classes, ranging from 5-minutes to 60-minute yoga flows curated specifically for equestrians.

Strides to Wellness programs

For optimal performance in and out of the saddle, I highly recommend developing and maintaining regular and sustainable routines that you can rely on to stay focused and organized. In this 5 week program we will cover movement & breath work, building habits, nourishment, affirmations, mantras and journaling and prioritizing sleep.

These programs are offered 1:1 and group.

I also enjoy working with trainers & their clients. Have me out to the farm for a Wellness Workshop.
